CALL-BACK/DISPATCH ONLY (DISP1&2&3&4) F/T - 30+ hours per
week
We currently have 4 busy dispatch departments. Contractors will take calls for
our DISP1&2&3&4 departments at your rate of pay depending on experience and
longevity with the company (see pay scale below). Training is available to new
operators and 24 hour support is provided to all operators. All calls have a
10-minute minimum. This department does not require you to have 800 numbers or
process client information, but you must have dual phone/internet access, a
quiet place to work at home and, importantly, be reliable and detail oriented.
We are a call back service, so you need to have unlimited long distance on your
landline phone, as well as a calling card.
Experienced contractors in this department are eligible to advance to our
Direct-Dial department after a 60 day probationary period (at our discretion)
and are able to show excellent phone skills, reliability and availability. New,
inexperienced operators are eligible to advance to our Direct-Dial department
after a 180 day probationary period (at our discretion).
We firmly require a minimum of 30 hours per week/5 days per week/6 hour shifts
per day with weekend shifts being mandatory. The shift you are hired for is the
shift you MUST stick to. You are always free to sign-in during any additional
hours outside of your weekly dispatch schedule. Keep in mind, we only hire
ladies who are able to stick to their set dispatch schedule. You need to sign-in
via computer for your scheduled shift, and be available to accept calls during your
entire scheduled time.
Direct Dial Department:
DIRECT-DIAL with CALL-BACK/DISPATCH (DD/DISP1&2&3&4) F/T -
40+ hours per week **Note: The direct-dial side of this option will only be
available (at our discretion) to ladies after contracting with us for at least
60 days**
Contractors will earn $1.00 per minute for Direct-Dial, and you will take calls
for our DISP1&2&3&4 departments at your rate of pay depending on experience and
longevity with the company (see pay scale below). All calls have a 10-minute
minimum. We do EXPECT and REQUIRE all our DD contractors to assist in the promotion of
their direct-dial characters daily via chat room, newsgroups, AOL, message
boards, craigslist posting and
the like, blogging, IMing, etc. We do offer you direction in self promotion
ideas. On the dispatch side, the calls are dispatched to you, as we are a call
back service, so you need to have unlimited long distance on your landline
phone, as well as a calling card.. Applicants in this department must obtain
toll-free numbers, have dual phone/internet access, have a quiet place to work
at home and, importantly, be reliable and detail oriented. In order to be
eligible for our DD department you MUST be available daily for 40+ hours
per week to be successful in our direct dial department.
We firmly require a minimum of 30+ hours per week/5 days per week/6 hour shifts per day with weekend shifts being mandatory for our dispatch department (this not a total of 70 hours, just a total of at least 40+ hours if you choose to work both our direct dial and dispatch depts.) The shift you are hired for is the shift you MUST stick to. You are always free to sign-in during any additional hours outside of your weekly dispatch schedule. Keep in mind, we only hire ladies who are able to stick to their set dispatch schedule. You need to sign-in via computer for your scheduled shift, and be available to accept calls during your entire scheduled time.

9am-3pm (5 days per week of your choice)
12pm-6pm (5 days per week of your choice)
3pm-9pm (5 days per week of your choice)

12am-6am (5 days per week of your choice)
3am-9am (5 days per week of your choice)

Pay Scale:
1. Contractors hired with 6+ months
verifiable
professional phone sex experience - $ .60 per minute for dispatched calls.
After 6 total months of contracting with us you will be reviewed for a pay
increase to $.75 per minute for dispatched calls.
2. Contractors hired with less than 6 months or no
verifiable professional phone sex experience - $ .50 per minute for dispatched
calls.
After 3 total months of contracting with us you will be reviewed for a pay
increase to $.60 per minute for dispatched calls.
After 6 total months of contracting with us you will be reviewed for a pay
increase to $.75 per minute for dispatched calls.
3. Direct Dial Department - $1.00 per minute for DD
calls and dispatch pay per above
(40+ hours per week is req’d for
our DD dept.)
Bonus Scale:
1,000 mins = $ 100 total bonus*
2,000 mins = $ 300 total bonus
3,000 mins = $ 600 total bonus
4,000 mins = $1,000 total bonus
5,000 mins = $1,500 total bonus
*1,000+
minutes per month also qualifies you for Fed Ex overnight delivery of your
paycheck on the 1st of every month.
We also offer Bank of America same day deposit, if you have a Bank of America
account (regardless of your minute total.)
