We currently have 4 busy dispatch departments. Contractors will take calls from
all 4 departments at your individual pay rate depending on experience and
longevity with the company (see pay scale below). Training is available to new
operators and 24 hour support is provided. All calls have a
10-minute minimum, so you are always paid for at least a 10 min. call. You are
not required to obtain toll free numbers or process client information, but you
must have phone and internet access, a
quiet place to work at home and, importantly, be reliable, honest, and detail oriented.
We are a call back service, so you need to have unlimited long distance on your
landline phone, as well as a calling card.
We firmly require a bare minimum of 40 hours per week/5 days per week/8 hour shifts
per day, with at least one weekend shift being mandatory each week. The
shift you are hired for is the shift you MUST stick to. We encouraged all PSO's
to sign-in for additional hours outside of your weekly dispatch schedule to be
successful with our clients. Keep in mind, we only hire
dependable ladies who are able to stick to their set dispatch schedule at all
times. You need to sign-in
via computer for your scheduled shift, and be available to accept calls during your
entire scheduled time.
The following 8 hour
shifts are available:
6am-2pm (5 days per week of your choice)
9am-5pm (5 days per week of your choice)
12pm-8pm (5 days per week of your choice)
3pm-11pm (5 days per week of your choice)
6pm-2am (5 days per week of your choice)
9pm-5am (5 days per week of your choice)
12am-8am (5 days per week of your choice)
3am-11am (5 days per week of your choice)
*Additional 8 hour shifts may open up*
Pay Scale:
ALL CALLS HAVE A 10-MINUTE MINIMUM, SO YOU ARE GUARANTEED AT LEAST $5 PER CALL.
→ All Contractors are paid $ .50 per minute during their first 6 months of employment.
→ After 6 full months of employment, Contractors will be reviewed for a pay increase to $.60 per minute.
→ After 1 full year of employment, Contractors will be reviewed for a pay increase to $.75 per minute.
Dispatch
Bonus Scale:
1,000 mins = $100 total bonus*
2,000 mins = $200 total bonus
3,000 mins = $300 total bonus
4,000 mins = $400 total bonus
5,000 mins = $500 total bonus
*1,000+
minutes per month also qualifies you for Fed Ex overnight delivery of your
paycheck on the 1st of every month.
Or if you prefer, we offer direct deposit to all Contractors.
